If you are encountering a (stuck) grey screen when trying to access a meeting room, you may need to perform one or two steps to correct the problem:

1.  Please update your version of the Adobe Flash player (if not already done) to the latest version.

The latest Adobe Connect add-in apparently requires version 10.2 or higher of the Adobe Flash player.  If you are using an older version of the player, then you may be unsuccessful when attempting to access a meeting room.

The latest version of the Adobe Flash player should be available from Adobe's web site at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.

2.  In MS Internet Explorer 8/9, go to Tools > Internet Options > General  > Browsing History > Settings

Temporary Internet Files > Check for newer versions of stored pages:
[x] Every time I visit the webpage

(The default is "Automatically", and should be changed as noted above to "Every time").

After making the change, close all Internet Explorer windows.  You should then be able to reopen a browser (it does not need to be Internet Explorer), and the grey screen problem should no longer exist.
