We are currently investigating an intermittent issue with routing toll-free and local calls for the Audio Conference Bridge. The issue started Wednesday, August 31, 2016.

In the event you encounter an issue with the Audio Conference Bridge with your meeting room, our recommendation at the moment is to ask all of the meeting participants to either:

  1. All use VOIP only audio in the Adobe Connect room – this option would allow meeting recordings to capture visually shared materials along with audio from the meeting session.
  2. All use the Teleconference line for audio – this would not support recording both visual and audio materials from the meeting session, only visual materials would be recorded.
