We're currently investing a new issue preventing toll-free calls from Adobe Connect today (9/26/2016) via the phone bridge/universal voice.
Local calls are going through as they're handled by a different provider.
We've opened a ticket with the vendor providing the toll-free call service. We do not have an ETA for resolution at the moment. We will keep you updated as we learn more.
The toll-free provider seems to have resolved the issue around 6:15PM Monday evening. We confirm that toll-free calls were successful last night.
