There are two ways to contact the IT Help Desk:  Call 5-HELP (4357) if outside of Hopkins call (410-735-4357) or submit a ticket online:  

(Note:  critical issues or issues that require patient/personnel information contact the IT Help Desk 5-HELP (4357).

SUBMITTING A TICKET ONLINE INSTEAD OF BY PHONE:

Click on either of these  Johns Hopkins Portal links: http://my.jhu.edu or http://my.jhmi.edu 

[If you do not wish to logon click the "Report a Problem" link toward the bottom of the page.]

Sign in using your JHED ID and password; please call the IT Help Desk (410-955-HELP(4357) or 410-735-4357 if you don't know your ID or password.

Click on the "IT Help Desk" tab and below you will see the "Report a Problem" section. 

Input the information requested and click the "Submit" button to send your issue to IT Help Desk personnel for resolution.

You will get a ticket number confirmation by reply email.
